Strawberry Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened vanilla (or chocolate) almond milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp black chia seeds - optional
1 Tbl coconut oil - optional
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup water
1 cup crushed ice

Put the almond milk, strawberries, chia seeds, and coconut oil in the blender and mix well until the the strawberries are smooth.  Add protein powder and then add water and crushed ice on top of protein powder.  Blend on high until it's the consistency you like.  YUMMY!

Oopsies (4-6 pieces)

3 eggs
3 oz. cream cheese
a bit of cream of tartar (to stabilize the egg whites)
salt to taste

Separate the whites from yolks into different bowls.  Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff.  Blend the cream cheese and yolks until uniform consistency.  Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites.  Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.  Let cool and eat!
