Weight Loss Tip of the Day #2

When you see the words "low-fat" or "fat-free", think of the words "chemical shit storm".

    lol.... that reminds me of what the book Skinny Bitch calls Pop/Soda...Liquid Satan. After reading that, I stopped buying it.

    I totally avoid anything that has been changed from the original form. If it the fat or other natural ingredient has been removed, I don't want to eat the replacement!
